English and learning computers

Lang-8にて、英作文の添削をしていただきました。

I'm studying for a computer related exam that takes place on October 25th.
The exam, called "Network Systems Engineer Examination", is conducted in Japan and asks you about computer networks.

In my study, I use reference books for the exam.
But, I don't understand some things written in the book, because the book doesn't explain them clearly.

So I research things I don't understand on the Internet.
Sometimes I can find only partial information written in Japanese about them.
But, I can always find the complete information written in English.
There is a big difference in the amount of information about computers between English and Japanese.

The difference appears prominently in Wikipedia.
A computer related article for "High-Level Data Link Control" is, for example, written only partially in the Japanese Wikipeadia, but written completely in the English Wikipedia.

Therefore, I think English is very important in learning about computers in terms of the amount of information available.
